Explore the essentials of Tactical Periodization in our comprehensive online program, consisting of three modules: The Fundamentals of Tactical Periodization (Module A), The Game Model (Module B), and The Training Model (Module C). Part of our Methodology Division namned “Transfer Division” actively participates in these modules via the innovative Module Room Platform on tacticalperiodization.net.
In the Transfer Phase, your coaching team collaborates seamlessly as a unified entity, transcending individual roles such as head coach, goalkeeper coach or head of opposition analysis. This period emphasizes a collective approach, ensuring that every member of the coaching staff contributes to and benefits from the comprehensive understanding and effective implementation of Tactical Periodization principles.
Following the completion of the Transfer Phase, our Transfer Division undergoes a collaborative assessment, evaluating your application of the modules and its concepts and methods. This thorough examination utilizes a performance review template to ensure a unified understanding and effective implementation of Tactical Periodization across the coaching staff, ultimately elevating the overall coaching capabilities of the team.

Following the Transfer Phase, the coaching staff will progress to the Retention Phase. In this phase, coaches will undergo specialized training within their respective areas by splitting into specialist groups. These groups will collaborate closely with another part of our Methodology Division in tacticalperiodization.net named “Retention Division” which comprises the Tactical Division, Training Division, Set Pieces Division, and Goalkeeper Division.
Within each division, coaches will engage in focused and in-depth learning through dedicated LABS hosted in the digital LAB Room. Additionally, they will utilize specialized digital tools within the HUB Room to enhance their understanding and application of Tactical Periodization principles in their specific areas of expertise. This structured approach ensures that coaches receive targeted education and resources tailored to their roles, fostering a deep retention of Tactical Periodization concepts within each specialized division of the coaching staff.

In the enhancing phase of the tacticalperiodization.net season project, a crucial component involves conducting a micro-visit to the client's facilities. This on-site examination allows for a comprehensive assessment of various elements integral to the success of the club. The process entails a meticulous review of key aspects, including strategic and financial planning, athletic and social support resources, communication and cooperation, facilities and equipment, workflow, distribution of work and staff, as well as the evolution of the club and its immediate environment.
